Menopause is a natural transition, but that doesn’t make it easy or straight forward. The changes it brings, such as physical, emotional and mental health, can leave you feeling uncertain, frustrated, or disconnected from yourself. If you’ve been wondering why you don’t quite feel like you, you’re not alone, and there are ways to regain that sense of balance and confidence again.

My aim is to help you understand what is happening in your body, reconnect with your confidence, and find practical, sustainable ways to feel more like you again.

Through personalised and group coaching, I offer a safe and understanding space where you can talk openly, learn what your body needs, and explore how small changes in lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and mindset can make a real difference.

And while I often use the word woman, please know that my work is fully inclusive. Menopause isn’t something experienced only by cisgender women; it’s a transition that can affect trans men, non-binary individuals, and anyone born with ovaries. Everyone on this journey deserves to feel seen, supported, and understood.

Because this isn’t about simply “getting through” menopause, it’s about thriving through it. With the right support, this stage of life can be one of renewal, strength, and self-discovery.
